Paula Patton
Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles to a middle-class family. While a young girl she dreamed of big things. Her best-known roles include the drama Precious along with Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. In her early years her mother raised her in her parents' Los Angeles middle-class household. She was raised by her mother, who was a fan of films. Paula took part in school co-curricular activities and was particularly interested in drama. Paula loved performing with her friends and was a part of the school's stage productions. After performing in a variety of high school productions at Hamilton Magnet Arts High School in Hamilton, she made the decision to make acting her profession. She was enrolled in at the prestigious University of Southern California's summer camp, and loved greatly. It was a three month contract to produce documentaries for PBS. Following the successful completion of the assignment, she began working as an assistant producer for TV documentaries. Later, she moved on to produce documentaries. Though she loved her job and her work, she wanted to be an actor. The path to acting began when she had an unimportant role with Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. She has since appeared in numerous popular films and television shows.
